Terms and Conditions
ARTICLE I: GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, TYC) regulate the online purchase service of products and/or services offered on the website www.diowlbarcelona.com (hereinafter, “WEB”). DIOWL BARCELONA BRAND, SL (hereinafter, DIOWL) is the owner of the WEB and supplier of the products and/or services.
The purchase through this WEB implies that the USER has read and understands this document, and therefore agrees to the present T&C. DIOWL reserves the right to modify them at any time.
ARTICLE II: CONDITIONS OF SALE
The contractual relationship of purchase involves the delivery of a specific product or service in exchange of a price expressly determined in this WEB. The USER must provide all data required in the purchase form before being able to proceed to the payment. If needed, the USER will be able to modify its personal data at any time before paying. Once this process is finished, DIOWL will proceed with the order according to the data provided until that moment.
ARTICLE III: PRICE, PAYMENT AND DISCOUNT CODES
The price of each product is indicated including taxes (VAT). However, the USER has always the information of the final price disaggregated. DIOWL reserves the right to make any appropriate modification at any time and without prior notice.
The USER can choose any of the payment methods specified in the WEB. Once the process is successfully completed, the USER will receive an order confirmation email with all the information concerning his/her purchase.
DIOWL may frequently offer discount codes to its USERS. These discounts can only be used according to their instructions. Once applied, the final price will automatically be updated and showed to the USER.
ARTICLE IV: SHIPPING PROCESS
DIOWL will deliver the order to the shipping address indicated by the USER in the purchase form. The estimated timing of each delivery will appear in the purchase form page. The USER must understand that, being an estimation, it may vary due to logistics or force majeure.
The USER will always assume the delivery costs, which may vary according to the region of the shipping address. In case the order is sent to the Canary Islands, the USER must assume the expenses of the importation DUAS.
Once the shipping process begins, the USER assumes the responsibility of unsuccessful deliveries due to inaccurate, incomplete or mistaken data provided. DIOWL considers the purchase process finished once the order is successfully delivered to the USER.

ARTICLE V: WARRANTY
No warranty is available for any product. In case the product is defective, a refund can be made.
ARTICLE VI: CHANGE OR REFUND
The policy of changes and refunds only applies to those products purchased through our WEB. For hygienic purposes, underwear will not be liable to any change or refund.
The USER may request a change or refund of its order by email to email@example.com, indicating the reason and proofs of it such as pictures. This request must be made within a period not superior to 7 days after receiving the product.
In order to make any change or refund effective, the product must not have been used and must be in its original box within the labels that may accompany it.
DIOWL will coordinate the pick-up of the package at the shipping address provided by the costumer in the purchase form. In case of change, the USER will be able to indicate the new shipping address in the request email send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
DIOWL will check the status of the whole package. In case of non-compliance with the minimum conditions, the amount will not be refunded. If the USER requests to receive the package again, he/she will assume the new shipping costs.
The result of the refund/change process will be notified to the USER by email in a period of 7 days counting from the day DIOWL receives the package. If the result is positive, the refund/change will be effective in a period of 10 working days.
In general, the USER will assume the shipping costs to the DIOWL warehouse, except for erroneous or defective orders.
